RMMmax

Analytics privacy policy

Updated October 26, 2026.

First-party RMMmax journey analytics is on by default on rmmmax.com, tryrmmmax.com and signup/login pages, and for signed-in members while their team uses the free plan. It helps us understand how people find RMMmax, which content interests them and which features they use.

Information collected

We record page categories, public article identifiers, selected visible sections, campaign source/medium/name, external referring hostnames, signup milestones, feature labels, and request success/failure categories. A random first-party browser identifier links visits through navigation between our sites. After signup, linked activity can be associated with your member and team.

We do not collect form contents, arbitrary browsing history, session replay, keystrokes, script contents, device inventory or customer payloads in this analytics stream. Raw journeys are kept for up to 365 days, then replaced by non-identifying daily totals. Paid-plan transitions stop new journey collection.

Your choices

Use the Analytics settings link in each site's footer to turn collection off for that browser. For signed-in members, this also saves an account-level preference and removes linked raw journey history. Opting out does not affect signup or product access. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT). Previously saved opt-outs remain in force. Clearing browser storage may reset an anonymous choice; separate browsers and domains may require separate choices unless their activity was linked through our navigation.

The controls below apply to this console domain. To change a marketing site's browser preference, use that site's own footer settings link. Operational/security logging and existing service analytics are separate.

Company research

Operators can request a company-only report using an operator-verified public website or a candidate inferred from the team owner's business email domain. Personal/shared email providers are skipped; inferred domains are not proof of company identity or affiliation. OpenAI web search receives only that public website candidate, not the full email address, tenant emails, usage history or device/customer data. Reports contain source-cited public business information, confidence labels and estimates; they are stored with the team and removed when the team is deleted.
